Product Features
Fine particle size: The particle size of PB1302 paste resin is very small, and its texture is similar to talcum powder, which enables it to form a fine and uniform paste after mixing with plasticizer, with good fluidity and dispersibility.
Excellent processing performance: A variety of processing techniques can be used, such as coating, dipping, slush molding, drip molding, spraying, foaming, etc. It can be processed and molded at a lower temperature, suitable for manufacturing various plastic products with complex shapes.
Excellent product performance: Plastic products made of PB1302 have good softness, elasticity, water resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. In coating applications, it can give the coating good adhesion, wear resistance and weather resistance.
Application areas
Manufacturing industry:
Artificial leather: It is an important raw material for the production of artificial leather. It can be used to manufacture the surface and bottom layers of artificial leather, making the artificial leather have a soft feel, good wear resistance and folding resistance, and a realistic leather appearance.
Plastic toys: It is suitable for making various soft plastic toys, such as dolls, balls, toy cars, etc. It has good safety and softness and is not easy to cause harm to children.
Other products: It can also be used to produce plastic impregnated labor protection gloves, Polaroid foaming layer, plastic sports floor, automotive interior leather, yoga mats and other products.

The coating made of PB1302 paste resin has good hiding power, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and can protect the surface of the coated object from erosion by the external environment.
Production process
The polymerization production methods of PVC paste resin mainly include micro-suspension polymerization, seed emulsion polymerization and mixing method.
Micro-suspension polymerization method: First, part of the vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) is made into a stable emulsion (particle size is about 1.0μm) by mechanical homogenization, and then polymerized. An oil-soluble initiator must be selected. The PVC paste resin produced by this method has excellent fluidity, less emulsifier, and improved thermal stability and water resistance of the resin.
Seed emulsion polymerization method: In emulsion polymerization, if there is a high polymer latex that has been generated, the material ratio and conditions are controlled. In principle, VCM only polymerizes on the generated latex particles, and no new particles are formed.
This generated high polymer latex is like a seed, so it is called "emulsion seed polymerization". This method can obtain PVC paste resin with appropriate particle size distribution to meet the needs of different applications.
Mixing method: It combines emulsion polymerization and micro-suspension polymerization. During the entire reaction process, seeds that have been emulsion polymerized and other emulsifiers, initiators, various additives and VCM are added to participate in the reaction.
